The Bronx Council on the Arts is turning 60 and we want you to be part of this milestone!

Check out our brand-new headquarters and enjoy great food and drink, great art, great music, and of course great company – all for a great cause! Our 60th Celebration is about congratulating all those that came before us, and all those that embody our future. We are so moved by the turnout and the support, and by how many people chose to pay a bit more so an artist could come for free. That is our community in action.

Celebrate with us as we honor Bronx Legends Bill Aguado, Marisol Diaz, and Jimmy Vacca. These three trailblazers have passionately contributed their resources, talents, and grit to BCA’s growth and The Bronx arts community.

Join the celebration by purchasing a ticket herebecoming a sponsor or buying an Anniversary Ad!

BCA will open its doors to celebrate its 60th Anniversary on Wednesday,  October 19, 2022, at 2700 E. Tremont Avenue, Bronx, NY 10461 from 06:00 p.m. – 09:00 p.m.

BCA is offering two ticket prices— General Admission and Arts Admission. With an Arts Admission ticket, you will sponsor one BCA artist to attend for free. Purchase a ticket now to continue supporting BCA’s work!

About Bronx Council On The Arts

Founded by visionary community leaders in 1962, the Bronx Council on the Arts (BCA) is dedicated to advancing cultural equity in Bronx. From creative placemaking and arts advocacy to the provision of services for artists and arts organizations, as well as programming for children and seniors, BCA was the first organization in Bronx to focus equally on supporting local artists, serving the community, and catalyzing relationships between the two.

Since its founding, BCA has focused on the work of underrepresented groups, especially artists of color, women, and members of the LGBTQ community. We provide direct services to over 1,000 artists and 250 community-based arts groups each year, and thanks to our granting programs, we are able to touch the lives of over thousands of audience members.
