The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 70th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Bernice Latchman
930 E. 7th Street
Brooklyn, NY 11230
It was reported to the police that Bernice Latchman was last seen Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at approximately 1245 hours, inside of her residence.
The missing is described as a 65-year-old female, Black, approximately 5’2″ tall, weighing 150 lbs., with light complexion, full figured, brown eyes with straight brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a black coat, blue sweater, a blue denim skirt and black sneakers.
