Bernard E. Werblow Passes At 80

Bernard E. Werblow passed away Friday, June 6, 2014. Bernard was born in Bronx, NY September 7, 1934 to Harry and Betty Werblow.

Bernard served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1956 with the 5th Corps and the Army Security Agency before becoming a financial analyst. Bernard met his wife Lorraine and they were married August 10, 1963 in Queens, NY His hobbies include Travel, OLLI classes at S.O.U. and cheering on his grandchildren. He was a member of Havurah Shir Hadash, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Craterian Theatre, the Britt Festival, SCORE, and was an Ashland Police Department Senior Volunteer.

Bernard is survived by his wife, Lorraine Werblow; Sons, Steve Werblow (Anna), Edward Werblow (Jennifer); sister, Dorothy Werblow; and grandchildren, Shoshana, Ilan, Ashley, and Dylan. He was preceded in death by parents, Harry and Betty Werblow and sister Frances Barone.

Services will be held at Eagle Point National Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Havurah Shir Hadash, Temple Emek Shalom or the charity of your choice. Arrangements by Litwiller Simonsen.
