On Saturday, December 18, 2021, at approximately 0016 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 1428 83rd Street, within the confines of the 62nd Precinct in Brooklyn.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 30-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the head.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
A 31-year-old male was taken into custody from the scene, a firearm was recovered.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
