On Saturday, November 1, 2025, at approximately 2047 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) police officers responded to a 911 call for an assault at 1196 Eastern Parkway, within the confines of the 71st Precinct in Brooklyn.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 16-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS responded and pronounced the male deceased on scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
