On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at approximately 1911 hours, police responded to a call of an assault inside 2298 Creston Avenue, Apartment 11, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 20-year-old male with three gunshot wounds, lying unconscious and unresponsive inside the hallway of the location.
EMS responded and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
