Pursuant to an ongoing investigation in regard to the below described homicide, the New York City has increased the reward for information on the whereabouts of the wanted person.
The breakdown is as follows.
Combined reward in the amount of $10,000:
- $2,500 upon arrest and indictment, payable by CrimeStoppers;
- $7,500 upon arrest and conviction, payable by NYPD.
The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to identify the whereabouts of the following individual in connection to a homicide that occurred within the confines of the 43 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at approximately 2112 hours, in the rear of 1725 Randall Avenue, the individual shot the 19-year-old male victim once in the back and the 21-year-old male victim once in the right arm. The individual fled the scene on foot southbound on Randall Avenue.
EMS transported both victims to NYC Health and Hospitals / Jacobi where the 19-year-old male was pronounced deceased and the 21-year-old male was listed in stable condition.

The individual has been identified as:
He is a 36-year-old male, Black, 5’6″, 170 to 180 lbs., with braids; last seen wearing dark colored clothing. The individual is known to frequent the Soundview Houses Housing Development in the Bronx as well the city of Richmond in Virginia.
