On Sunday, March 01, 2020, at approximately 1937 hours, police responded to a 911 call for an assault progress inside of 2004 Ellis Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 29-year-old female with multiple stab wounds about the body in the 3rd floor hallway.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health & Hospitals / Jacobi, where she was pronounced deceased.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the deceased was identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the below 29-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged as follows.

Charges:
- murder;
- criminal possession of a weapon;
- assault (5 counts);
- reckless endangerment (2 counts);
- harassment.
The investigation remains ongoing.
