The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person reported missing on Saturday, October 27, 2018 within the confines of the 46 Precinct in Bronx

It was reported to police that Wayne Taylor was last seen on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 03:30 p.m. in front of 919 3 Avenue, Manhattan. He is 6’0″ tall, 150 lbs., with a thin build, medium complexion, a bald head and a white beard. He was last seen wearing a blue peacoat with a hood, blue jeans and black shoes.
