Police in the Bronx are searching for a burglar who was caught in the act on surveillance video.

The man is seen in a storage room at the furniture depot on Willis Avenue in South Bronx on April 26, 2013.

Police say he remained in the store after it closed, then stole money out of the cash register.

He then made a hole in the wall leading to an adjacent business, where he climbed through and exited out the emergency door after circumventing a store alarm.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8″, 150 pounds last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit NYPDCrimestoppers.com.
