This Thursday, December 25th, at 12 noon, close to fifty Hispanic Evangelical leaders of New York City, will hold a prayer vigil and a wreath laying ceremony on the corner of Tompkins Avenue and Myrtle in Brooklyn, where NYPD officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were executed while sitting in their patrol car.

Dr. Hector A. Chiesa, President of Radio Visión Cristiana 1330 AM, Rev. Erick Salgado, President of Radio Cantico Nuevo 1530 AM, Bishop Hector L. Bonano, President of CONLICO, Dr. Gabriel Salguero, President of The National Latino Evangelical Coalition, Dr. Raymond Rivera, President of The Pastoral Action Center and leaders of the New York Hispanic Clergy Organization are among fifty Hispanic Evangelical leaders that have heard the call of Mayor Bill de Blasio to pray for the unity of the City.

“There is no better day for us Christians to pray for unity, than December 25th, the day when we celebrate the birth of our savior Jesus Christ!,” stated Senator Rev. Rubén Díaz, President of the New York Hispanic Clergy Organization.
