The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three individuals and a vehicle, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photographs, who are wanted in connection with an assault, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, August 08, 2020, at approximately 1050 hours, in the vicinity of Clay Avenue and E. 173 Street, three individuals attacked a 34-year-old male with baseball bats.

One of the individuals then fled the scene in a black SUV. The other two fled on foot.

The victim traveled by private means to an area hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
