The New York City Police Dedpartment is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individuals wanted in connection to an assault within the confines of the 44 Precinct in Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On August 30, 2019 at approximately 2025 hours, the individuals approached the 30 year-old male victim in the vicinity of 174 Street and Selwyn Avenue and displayed a firearm. Individual #1 proceeded to point the firearm at the victim, prompting the victim to attempted to gain control of the weapon and resist. A shot was fired during the scuffle, striking the victim in the right knee.
EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital in stable condition.
The individuals are described as follows:
- male, Black, wearing a black Nike sweatshirt.
- male, Black, wearing Adidas pants.
A surveillance video clip of the suspects is attached and available at DCPI.
