The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached photograph and wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 50 Precinct / Police Service 8 in Bronx.
The following was reported to the police.
On Friday, February 07, 2020, in the vicinity of Exterior Street and Broadway, at approximately 1730 hours, a 79-year-old female victim exited her building when she was approached from behind by an unidentified male.
The male was walking a dog when he pushed the victim to the ground and removed her purse. He proceeded to enter a nearby building and fled in unknown direction with the victim’s personal identifications and bank card.
The victim suffered bruising and pain but refused medical attention at the scene.
