On Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at approximately 1117 hours, police responded to a 911 call for a person shot inside of 3700 White Plains Road (deli / bodega), within the confines of the 47th Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 20-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the torso.
EMS responded and transported the victim to Montefiore Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
An 18-year-old male and a 25-year-old female were taken into custody.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 28-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident s follows.

The investigation remains ongoing.
