The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is sought in connection with a forcible touching incident, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 1130 hours, in the vicinity of East Clarke Place and Walton Avenue, an unidentified male approached the victim, a 56-year-old female, and touched her buttocks and masturbated in front of her.
No injuries were reported.
Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
