On Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at approximately 1609 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault in front of 310 E. 149th Street, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 41-year-old female victim with a slash wound to her left forearm and a 38-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to the torso.
EMS transported both victims to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where the 38-year-old male victim was subsequently pronounced deceased.
The 41-year-old female victim is in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
