At around 2:30 p.m. on December 30, 2016, two men wearing hoodies entered the multi-service agency at 1840 Grand Concourse.
Once inside one of the men displayed a gun to a female employee and demanded cash.
The men made off with $2,000 in cash and fled in a gray vehicle.
Police released surveillance video of the stickup.
The men were seen wearing dark jackets, dark jeans, white and black sneakers, masks, and gloves.
