On Sunday June 2, 2019 at approximately 1140 hours police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious male inside 438 East 141 Street within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, police discovered a 37-year-old male lying on the ground unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded and pronounced deceased on scene.
The deceased was identified as:

On Monday, June 3, 2019 at 0130 hours, the following individual was arrested and charged:

Brooklyn, NY 11210
Charges:
- assault
On Monday, June 3, 2019 at 1045 hours, the following individual was also arrested and charged within the confines of the 40 Precinct:
Lisa Harris-Elien, 41
438 East 141 Street
Bronx, NY 10454
Charges:
- assault 3
One Tuesday, June 18, 2019, the above-listed incident has been deemed a homicide.
The investigation remains ongoing.
