On Sunday, February 02, 2020, at approximately 1600 hours, the following 34-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged, in the confines of the 45^th Precinct in Bronx.

Arrested:

Julio Jimenez
NYPD Police Officer

Charges:

petite larceny;
criminal possession of stolen property.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
