The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 120th Precinct in Staten Island.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Lap Kwok Chan
110 Henderson Avenue
Staten Island, NY 10301
It was reported to police that Lap Kwok Chan was last seen inside of 110 Henderson Avenue on Thursday, October 07, 2021, at approximately 0900 hours.
The missing is described as a 73-years-old male, Asian, approximately 5’02” tall, weighing 105 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants and white sneakers.
