The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in ascertaining any individuals/victims who have had illegal sexual contact with the below listed individual.
The following has been reported to the police.
On Thursday, July 30, 2020, at 2010 hours, the following 59-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged within the confines of the 77th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Arrested:
John Russell
Charges:
- course of sexual conduct against a child;
- acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old.
John Russell is 59-year-old male, White, 5’10” tall, weighing 190 lbs., bald, with blue eyes.
In this instance, the suspect forcibly touched and sexually assaulted a pre-teen female on more than one occasion. It is believed there may be other individuals who were victimized as well.
