On Friday, July 12, 2019 at 2039 hours, police responded to a 911 call for a report of a foul odor inside of 2414 University Avenue, Apt. 17, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, responding officers discovered an unconscious an unresponsive 33-year old female inside of the location with obvious signs of trauma to the body.
EMS also responded to the location and pronounced the female deceased at the scene.

Family has been notified.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
There have been no arrests made so far.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
