The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photographs in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx / Transit District 12.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday July 09, 2019, at approximately 1705 hours, at the 3 Avenue-East 149 Street “2/5” subway station, the individual followed the 26-year-old female victim up the stairs to the street area, lifted up her skirt. When the victim confronted the individual, he laughed at her and walked to the BX41 bus stop at 3 Avenue and East 148 Street.
The individual is described as a male, Black, approximately 20 years old, 5’5″ in height; last seen wearing a dark colored du rag, a black shirt, black sweatpants, green socks, black slip on sandals, and he had on a black backpack.
