The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified individual, seen in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is sought in connection with an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at approximately 2020 hours, an unknown male individual fired one gunshot from a firearm in the vicinity of 759 Gerard Avenue, striking a 49-year-old male in the shoulder.
The unknown individual fled in an unknown direction.
The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.
A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
