The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted in connection to two robberies, that occurred within the confines of the 49th and 43rd Precincts in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
Incident #1 (49th Precinct): It was reported to police that on Saturday, February 06, 2021, at approximately 2319 hours, in front of 1717 Fillmore Street, the individual approached the 19-year-old female from behind, displayed a knife and demanded her property. The victim complied and gave the individual her “Apple” ear pods. The individual fled the scene on foot southbound on Fillmore Street.
Incident #2 (43rd Precinct): It was reported to police that on Saturday, February 06, 2021, at approximately 2330 hours, in front of 1541 Rosedale Avenue, the individual approached the 19-year-old male from behind, displayed a knife and took his cell phone. The victim’s debit card was inside of the cell phone case.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation it was determined that on February 07, 2021, at approximately 0030 hours, the individual used the victim’s debit card to make unauthorized purchases at 4702 White Plains Road (Zoom Zoom Deli).
The individual is described as a male, Black, approximately 18 years old, slim build; last seen wearing a light blue backpack with a picture of Spongebob Squarepants on it, a black hooded coat, blue sweatpants and multi-colored sneakers.
