The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photograph in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at approximately 0700 hours, at 460 E. 138 Street (El Patio Deli), the individual placed 6 “Red Bull” cans and 2 “Snapple” bottles on his person. When the 52-year-old male employee confronted him about his actions, the individual threatened to hit him and walked out of the location without paying for the merchandise.
The individual fled the scene on a bicycle westbound on E. 138 Street.
The individual is described as a male, Black, in his 30s, approximately 6’0″ tall and weighing 200 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a gray pants and black sneakers.
