The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached video in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police on Saturday, September 28, 2019, in the vicinity of 440 E. 138th Street, at approximately 0330 hours, a 54 year-old male was walking at the location when he is approached from behind by two unknown male individuals. One of the individuals grabbed the victim about the neck which caused him to lose consciousness. The second individual then removed the victim’s property. The victim was left on the pavement.
EMS responded and the victim regained consciousness and refused medical attention at the scene.
The property removed included a wallet and cash with a total estimated value of $350.
The two individuals are described as follows:
- Individual #1: male, Black, 20-30 years in age, he was last seen wearing a bright blue shirt and dark pants.
- Individual #2: male, Black, 20-30 years in age, he was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
