The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a menacing incident, that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.

The following was reported to police.

On Friday, December 25, 2020, at approximately 1627 hours, in front of 805 E. 163rd Street, an unknown male individual engaged in a verbal dispute with a 24-year-old male victim. The individual proceeded to then display a black firearm and verbally threaten the victim.

The individual fled on foot, westbound on E. 163rd Street.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as a light-skinned male, approximately 50 years old, 5’8” tall and weighing 150 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants and a black backpack.
