The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photo and video in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at approximately 1650 hours on the BX12 bus in the vicinity of Southern Boulevard and East Fordham Road, an unidentified male approached a 22-year-old female victim as she was exiting at the rear of the bus. The male grabbed the victim’s phone from her hand and fled on foot east bound on Fordham Road towards Pelham Parkway.
The individual is described as a male Black, teens, with an afro. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, blue jeans, and a backpack.
