The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with identifying the two females in the attached surveillance photo wanted for questioning in connection for a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 50 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at approximately 2000 hours, inside of 189 West 231st Street, (Check Cashing) a 48-year-old female victim inadvertently dropped her cash on the ground while conducting a transaction. Two unidentified females who were also inside of the location at the time, observed the victim drop the cash and picked it without returning it to the owner. The two females fled the location in unknown direction with approximately $6,000.
The persons wanted for questioning are described as follows:
