The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 42 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, February 11, 2019, at 1445 hours, at the southeast corner of Southern Boulevard and E. 174 Street, a 13-year-old female victim was traveling on the BX 21 bus when an unknown individual placed his hand on her buttocks and inner thigh. The victim immediately instructed the individual to stop and the male exited the bus at E. Tremont Avenue and E. 177 Street. The victim refused medical attention.
The individual is described as a male Hispanic, approximately 25-years-old, 5’9″ tall, stocky build, brown eyes, brown hair, a beard and a medium complexion. He last seen wearing a hooded dark colored Champion sweatshirt and he was carrying a cardboard box.
