On Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at approximately 2108 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 1247 Webster Avenue (Webster Deli & Grocery), within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 24-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the torso and right arm.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased on Monday, May 03, 2021.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
