The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the third of the three individuals (two have been identified, arrested and charged), depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted in connection to a homicide, that occurred within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, January 11, 2021, at 2347 hours, inside of 3560 Webster Avenue, a male, wearing a blue Jacket, discharged a firearm at two individuals on the 9th floor hallway of the building and then proceeded to the 8th floor of the building, where he shot another victim, who later succumbed from his injuries.
The individuals then fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following male individuals, 19 and 21 respectively, have been arrested and charged on January 15, 2021.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 15-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on January 19, 2021.

- riminal possession of a firearm (2 counts).
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
