Earlier today, Friday, November 13, 2020, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. visited 1675 Westchester Avenue in the Bronx, a 249-unit mixed-use affordable housing development, being co-developed by Acacia Network & Phipps Houses.

The Soundview development will bring up to 249-units of affordable housing, 13,500 square-feet of retail space, 5,000 square-feet of community facility, and neighborhood-based social services.

The address of the development is 1675 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, NY 10472 between Metcalf and Fteley Avenues.
