On Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at approximately 1800 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at the intersection of E. 178th Street and Arthur Avenue, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.
A preliminary investigation revealed a 32-year-old male was shot multiple times in the torso during a dispute at that location.
The male was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, another two (2) minor male individuals from the Bronx, 15 and 16, have been arrested in regard to the above-listed incident.

- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon (2 counts).
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
