On Wednesday, April 05, 2023, at 0908 hours, the following 42-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 5^th Precinct in Manhattan.

Arrested:

Sean McGill
NYPD Police Officer

Charges:

criminal mischief;
disorderly conduct.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
