On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at 0856 hours, the following 40-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 5^th Precinct in Manhattan.

Arrested:

Joseph Stokes
NYPD – Police Officer

Charge:

grand larceny.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
