On Friday, June 26, 2020, at approximately 0800 hours, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx, a 27-year-old female victim was entering the residential building located in the vicinity of Reservoir Oval West and E. 210th Street when an unidentified male followed her out the location.
The details are as follows.
The male proceeded to grab the victim back into the lobby, throw her to the floor and repeatedly punched in the face, while trying to remove her clothing.
The victim screamed and fought off the attack, resulting in the male fleeing the location towards Bainbridge Avenue.
The victim sustained multiple bruises to the face/arm and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.
Pursuant to the ongoing investigation, the following 25-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged.

- attempted rape;
- strangulation;
- sexual abuse;
- forcible touching;
- assault.
The investigation remains ongoing.
