On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at approximately 2015 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male,shot in the vicinity of Sheridan Boulevard and E. 173rd Street, within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 17-year-old male, with a gunshot wound to the head and the right arm.
EMS responded and transported the aided male to NYC Health + Hospitals/ Jacobi in critical condition, where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
