Why: TNR is the only humane & effective way to control feral and stray cat overpopulation in your community.

• TNR means NO KITTENS born to suffer or rescue.
• Removing the cats doesn’t work. More (unneutered) cats will move into the abandoned territory.
• In a managed (neutered) colony, cats are healthier and keep a lower profile.
• Nuisance behavior such as spraying, howling and fighting, is virtually eliminated.
• Natural rodent control remains in place.
Attend a free Neighborhood Cats TNR training workshop
All workshop attendees:
• Become TNR Certified
• Get access to Free and Low Cost ($5/cat) spay/neuter
• Gain access to free trap loans
