Authorities are asking for help identifying a disoriented elderly woman found in the 48^th precinct in Bronx.

Police say officers responding to a 911 call about the woman Thursday evening found her at Mapes Avenue and East 180^th Street. She was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital and is in stable condition.

Police say she is in her 80s and was found on the street wearing a blue floral print summer dress and pick slippers.
