The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following person who was reported missing on June 26, 2019 from within the confines of the 43 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.

Winter Smith
2140 Seward Avenue, Apt. 10A
Bronx, NY 10473
It was reported to the police that the missing was last seen on June 26, 2019 at approximately 2000 hours at her residence. She is described as a black female, who is 5’2”, 120 lbs. with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a rainbow dress.
