The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying any additional victims, related to at least two incidents of sexual abuse, committed by the individual in the attached photograph, that were both committed in the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
The details are as follows.
It was reported to the police that on Friday, August 14, 2020, at 1900 hours, in the vicinity of Grand Concourse and E. 167th Street, two victims, a 10-year-old female and 6-year-old female were both playing in the building lobby when they were approached by a 62-year-old male individual, who touched both victims on the buttocks and kissed the 6-year old victim on the lips.
The individual fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The following 62-year old male, Hispanic individual was arrested in charged in connection to these incidents.

- sexual abuse;
- forcible touching;
- acting in a manner to injure a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
