A routine traffic stop in the Town of Pawling, NY has led to the arrest of a Bronx man on cocaine possession charges, according to police.
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office said that deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 22 on Friday, February 28, 2014, at around 9:37 p.m. because its taillights were out. Police said that while interviewing the driver, they detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
