The New York Botanical Garden will reopen July 21, ready and eager to welcome visitors.
With Phase 4 now in place, Bronx residents and tourists can enjoy the perfect summer escape to New York Botanical Garden’s 250 acres with complimentary tickets all summer long.
From vibrant palettes of daylilies and hydrangeas to the tranquil beauty of water lilies and lotuses, there’s so much to see at The New York Botanical Garden. Enjoy walking on the shaded trails of New York Botanical Garden’s old-growth forest, relax near a sparkling natural waterfall along The Bronx River, and stroll the Native Plant Garden’s breezy promenade and meadow.
Reopening plans includes new safety protocols following The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines as well as New York State and New York City requirements, including requiring staff and visitors over the age of two to wear face coverings; increased sanitation of public and staff area, daily health screenings and social distancing.
