The Morgan Group acquired 600 Trinity Avenue in the Bronx from Urban American Management for $3 million, or $62,500 price per unit.

The six-story, 38,040-square-foot, multifamily building was built in 1937 and is located in the Bronx submarket. The property totals 48 apartments, primarily one-bedroom units. There were only two vacancies reported at the time of sale.

Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood Realty Group represented the seller.
