Teresa Ann Fazio was called home to God on October 15, 2011.

Born to Benedetto and Carmela Fazio on October 31, 1927, Teresa was orginally from 107th street in East Harlem and a resident of the Pelham Bay area since 2002.

Terry was  the beloved mother of Bernadette Clinton-Malpica and her son-in-law Anthony Malpica, the cherished aunt of Carol Deliz Sedacca and her husband Albert Sedacca.

Teresa was an avid gardener, a member of the local AARP chapter and a proud member of the Red Hatters Organization. She was a loving and compassionate animal lover and a supporter of many charites.

She had a heart of gold; and her passing leaves those who knew her broken hearted.

We miss her more every moment of every day.

A memorial mass will be held on November 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Church, 2855 St. Theresa Avenue, Bronx, NY 10461 at the intersection with Mayflower Avenue.
