On Sunday June 2, 2019 at approximately 1140 hours police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious male inside 438 East 141 Street, 2nd floor stairwell, within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, police discovered a 37-year-old male unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded and pronounced deceased on scene. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

The investigation remains ongoing.
