On Thursday, May 16, 2019 (tomorrow), Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. will host two events part of Bronx Week 2019, the borough’s annual celebration of everything that makes the Bronx a great place to live, work and raise a family.
First, Borough President Diaz will host the annual Bronx Week event celebrating senior citizens, featuring a comedy show, candy land decor, international finger foods and giveaways.
The event will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.
Later that day, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. will host the borough’s annual parent appreciation event.
The event will celebrate parents, students and community leaders for their leadership and service to the Bronx school community.
The event will take place from 06:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m.
